Return Policy

Limited Edition and What That Means for You.

We hope you are happy with your choice of work. However, in case you would like a return, Sierra Moon does not give refunds. We do however accept exchanges or store credit within 15 days of purchase in store; or 15 days of receipt of goods for purchases made via our online store. Store credit will be valid for one year. There must be no sign of wear or incorrect treatment, otherwise Sierra Moon has the right to refuse exchanges for store credit.

Why?

We want to bring you work that’s exciting, fresh and limited edition. Our limited edition inventory rotates quickly. Oftentimes, when you purchase an artist or designer made piece from us, it is either one of a kind or a limited batch in stock. We rarely order the same product more than once to keep our inventory fresh and to introduce new and amazing artist to you.

Custom and customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All custom design is Final Sale. Custom work is created with your specific vision in mind. Throughout the design process you are given several points of edits and approvals. Because custom pieces are created just for you we can not offer returns or exchanges.
